Tips for Spray Tans
- Remove dead skin cells and dirt and debris from your skin by exfoliating before you get your tan.
- If you have any dry areas – moisturize these areas before your tan.
- For at least 24 hours before your tan, avoid waxing and shaving – hair removal is harsh on your skin.
- Wear loose clothing so that you are prepared for your tan.

- After your tan has dried put on dark loose clothing.
- In 2 hours (or length of time as discussed with your therapist) you can shower to wash off any residue.
- Refrain from working out/sweating during the following 8 hours – to stop any smudges or runs happening.
- Exfoliating can make your tan uneven – so try to refrain from exfoliating until your next tan.
