OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
My time, like yours is valuable, as a courtesy, please give 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment to avoid a full or partial charge.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and as a result clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
